DERMABLEND KABUKI BODY BRUSH AND OUR FOUNDATION MAKEUP APPLICATOR BRUSHGIVEAWAY RULES

GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION:

The Kabuki Body Brush and our Foundation Makeup Applicator Brush (“Giveaway”) will begin on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 12PM ET and ends on Monday, September 2, 2024 at 5PM ET (“Giveaway period”).  This Giveaway will be conducted exclusively through social media via Instagram (@dermablendpro) and TikTok (@dermablendpro). Twenty-five (25) winners from Dermablend’s Instagram account (@dermablendpro) and twenty-five (25) winners from Dermablend’s TikTok will be awarded one (1) Kabuki Body Brush and (1) Foundation Makeup Applicator Brush. Entries must be made by following, liking, and tagging a friend on Dermablend’s Kabuki Body Brush and Foundation Makeup Applicator Brush post via Instagram and TikTok. Winners must respond within (48) hours to claim their prize.

HOW TO ENTER / EXECUTION:

Followers of Dermablend, who are legal residents of the United States (other than residents of the States of Florida, New York and Rhode Island) 18 years of age and older will be able to take part in this Giveaway.  To participate in the Giveaway, consumers must do the following:

    • To participate in this Giveaway, participants must have their own Instagram and TikTok account and follow Dermablend on Instagram (@dermablendpro) and TikTok (@dermablendpro).
    • All entries must be received by 5pm Eastern Standard Time on Monday, September 2, 2024 or they will be void.
    • All audiences must meet the below-listed Entry Requirements.
    • Winners will be selected on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 by 5PM ET by random drawing done by Dermablend from among all eligible entries received online/social media.  Winners will receive a DM on behalf of Dermablend announcing that they have (48) hours to respond via DM to claim their prize. If they do not respond within the allotted time, Dermablend reserves the right to move on to another Giveaway Participant.
    • Winners will be asked to provide their Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Mailing Address, City/State to claim the Prize.
    • Any registration information and/or submissions provided by participants for purposes of this Giveaway will be disclosed to Dermablend (“Brand”) only.
    • All decisions made by Dermablend management regarding any aspect of this Giveaway is final.

    ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

      • Participants must follow Dermablend on Instagram (@dermablendpro) and TikTok (@dermablendpro).
      • Like and tag a friend on Kabuki Body Brush and Foundation Makeup Applicator Brush Giveaway post to enter.
      • Submissions must not infringe upon any rights of any third party. including without limitation, copyright, trademark and right of publicity or privacy.

    ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:

      • The Giveaway is open to all eligible participants who are 18 years of age and older and legal residents in the United States and the District of Columbia, except residents in Florida, New York and Rhode Island are not eligible.
      • Employees of Dermablend, its subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, advertisers, competitors, promotional partners, and members of the immediate families or those living in the same households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate or win in this Giveaway.  For purposes of this Giveaway, immediate family members mean spouses, parents, grandparents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses.
      • Participants may only win once during this Giveaway.
      • Persons who have won a prize in another Giveaway, Giveaway or promotion of any kind from Dermablend. within the six (6) month period immediately preceding the start date of this Giveaway are not eligible to participate.  Only one person per family or household (whether related or not) may win in any promotion from Dermablend. during any six (6) month period.

      PRIZES:

      Each winner (50) will be awarded the following Prize elements:

        • One (1) Kabuki Body Brush
        • One (1) Foundation Makeup Applicator Brush

        The approximate retail value of the prize per winner is $46. 

          • Dates and times of receiving prizes promoted by Giveaway sponsors are subject to change and those changes are deemed to be beyond the control of Dermablend.
          • Prizes will be awarded only upon winner verification and final approval by Dermablend.
          • Prize winner must be claimed via Email/DM correspondence by no later than (48) hours after being contacted or the Prize will be forfeited.
          • Prizes will be provided via US mail upon receipt and confirmation of winner(s) mailing address.
          • No substitution of Prize is offered, no transfer of Prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash Prizes may not be redeemed for cash value.
          • All Giveaway winners must sign and date official Dermablend release and waiver forms as requested. Failure to do so will result in the winner forfeiting the Prize.
          • If for any reason a Giveaway winner decides not to accept the Prize awarded, the winner will be required to sign a release form acknowledging forfeiture of the Prize.
          • It will be at the discretion of the Giveaway sponsor and / or Giveaway administrator if another entrant is to be selected as the winner if time permits.
          • In the event that any winner is found to violate these Official Rules or is otherwise determined by Dermablend, he/she may be required to forfeit the prize. If such violation is found after the prize has been used by the winner, he/she will be required to reimburse Dermablend and/or any sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such a violation is found after the prize has been used by winner.

           GENERAL CONDITIONS:

            • Giveaway Persons in the states of Rhode Island, New York and Florida are not eligible to participate.
            • No purchase necessary. Giveaway are void where prohibited. Giveaway are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
            • Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants participating during the Giveaway Period.
            • By participating in the Giveaway, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Giveaway, in any media now known or hereafter devised for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation and must sign a publicity release before acceptance of the prize.  By entering this Giveaway, each participant agrees to comply with the Official Rules and the decisions of the Giveaway sponsor which shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the Giveaway.
            • Dermablend retains the right to disqualify any entrant if all Giveaway rules are not followed.  Giveaway void if prohibited by law.
            • So long as no participant is materially adversely affected, Dermablend. reserves the right to make changes in these Giveaway rules, which will become effective upon being announced online.
            • Dermablend. participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or their representatives, agents and employees are not responsible for the inability of any entrant to complete or continue a telephone call, internet registration or text entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, including any injury or damage to any computer arising from or relating to participation in this Giveaway.  Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries and may subject that entrant to disqualification.
            • By accepting the Prize, the Winner acknowledges that Dermablend has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or law, relative to the prize or any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
            • Dermablend, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, participating sponsors and promotional partners will not assume any responsibility for any changes in the execution of the Giveaway, including; cancellation of the Giveaway as a result of the occurrence of events, not within the control of Dermablend, its subsidiaries, affiliates, participating sponsors, promotional partners, such as acts of God, strikes, terrorists acts or criminal acts of third parties. In the event, such an act should occur, Dermablend. may in its sole discretion, offer the winner comparable prize(s) currently being offered by Dermablend in place of the Prize originally awarded.
            • If for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the Giveaway is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, fraud, an insufficient number of qualified Giveaway entries, or any other causes beyond Dermablend’s, control which, in Dermablend’s sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Dermablend. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway at their sole discretion.
            • These Giveaway rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
