Refunds will be issued within 30 days of when the return is received to your original method of payment.

30 Day Return Policy

To return an item(s), please call 1-800-662-8011 and our customer service representatives will help process your return for orders within 30 days of purchase date.

When you return your purchase to Dermablend.com within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment for the price of the item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process once your return has been received.

Items received more than 30 days after purchase date may not be returned.

Only items purchased on Dermablend.com can be returned to Dermablend.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
